Christian Omvik is Director of Partnerships at Norwegian Block Exchange (NBX), a digital asset exchange regulated by Finanstilsynet and listed on Euronext Growth Oslo. NBX operates under the MiCA framework, holds an EMI license, and is pursuing a banking license, building toward a regulated digital asset bank that connects traditional finance with on-chain settlement.

Before NBX, Christian spent more than 20 years in marketing, communication, and product leadership, including as CEO of The Flip App, a phone-number-based payments app with over 500,000 downloads that NBX now part-owns. His work centres on turning regulated stablecoin infrastructure into products people actually use, from cross-border payroll to everyday consumer payments with a Visa card and cash withdrawal at over 500 K outlets globally.
